Terms of Service

By accessing or using ProLexBot ("the Bot"), its website, dashboard, or any related services (collectively, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

ProLexBot is a multi-purpose Discord bot providing moderation, automation, economy, leveling, giveaway, and other community management features. The Service includes the bot itself, the web dashboard at prolexbot.gg, and all associated APIs.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required by Discord in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Access to the dashboard requires authentication through Discord OAuth2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service
• Abuse rate limits or automated systems to degrade performance
• Use the Service to harass, spam, or harm other users
• Circumvent access controls or subscription restrictions
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service

ProLexBot offers a premium tier ("Prime") with additional features. Prime subscriptions are granted per-server and may be obtained through redeem codes, admin grants, or future purchase options. Subscription terms (duration, features) are specified at the time of activation.

We reserve the right to modify Prime features, pricing, or availability at any time with reasonable notice.

All content, code, design, and branding associated with ProLexBot are the intellectual property of the ProLexBot team. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without explicit written permission.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProLexBot and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
